Will the final bill match what you told me?

The price we agree before we start is the price you pay, unless you approve extra work. If we find something that needs more work, we tell you what it is and what it costs first. Nothing extra happens without your say-so, and you choose whether it is done now or booked in.

Do I pay a call-out fee just for you to turn up?

No. There is no call-out fee, so you pay for the work, not for us turning up. Quotes are free, and for most jobs we can tell you the price, or our labour rate, before we set off. Ring us first and ask.

Can you promise how quickly you will arrive and how long a clear takes?

We aim to be with you within 60 minutes, and we'll give you an arrival time when you call. We will not guess how long a clear takes before we have seen the drain, and we would rather tell you that now than surprise you later. Once we have diagnosed it on site, we tell you.

What if something goes wrong on my property?

We carry public liability insurance up to £1 million, and our engineers are EUSR-carded. We are also members of the NADC, the National Association of Drainage Contractors.
